Job summary

Peregrine Hospitality seeks a Conference Services Manager to service groups and nurture existing accounts to hit hotel service and revenue goals. You will lead convention-service activities, act as main client contact, and build strong relationships with accounts and vendors to drive catering growth.

The role is hands-on with supervisory responsibilities, ensuring guest expectations are met and events run smoothly across departments. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Oversee all aspects of meetings, conventions, group activities, and related logistics to ensure successful event execution.
• Be main point of contact for clients throughout the pre-planning phase and onsite at the time of the event.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, vendors, and clients to drive catering business growth.
• Create and present promotional, up-sell, and enhancement strategies to address need periods and maximize event bookings.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of meetings, conventions, group activities, and related logistics to ensure successful event execution and client satisfaction.
• Execute and support the operational aspects of business booked.
• Be main point of contact for clients throughout the pre-planning phase and onsite at the time of the event.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, vendors, local influencers, and clients to drive catering business growth.
• Prepare resumes, Banquet Event Orders (BEOs), and lead pre-conference and staff meetings, ensuring all event requirements are clearly communicated.
• Carry out supervisory responsibilities, foster teamwork, and promote a professional, courteous, and ethical work environment across departments.
