Job summary

Drury Hotels is seeking a Meeting Services Coordinator in Nashville. Under general supervision, you will coordinate all details for meeting room bookings, including catering, breaks, setup and breakdown, and handle guest requests to ensure a smooth event experience.

You will work days, nights, weekends and holidays, communicating clearly in English and maintaining knowledge of hotel accommodations. Eligible colleagues enjoy incentives, hotel discounts, and a company-matched 401(k).

Qualifications

• Requires ability to take and give clear written and verbal direction in English and speak English clearly.
• Requires ability to communicate in a friendly manner with guests in order to create a warm, comfortable, relaxing environment.
• Requires knowledge of hotel accommodations and community.
• Requires ability to conduct accurate inventory of food items and calculate order levels.
• Will be required to work days, nights, weekends and holidays.
