Job summary

Qualifications

• Assist and support hotel properties and staff across the region.

• Cultivate exceptional guest service and hire for the right attitude and position.
• Lead and develop teams with experience across the portfolio of Drury Hotels.
• Model quality assurance and exceed QA visit metrics.
• Deliver on service, cost and labor controls while engaging the team.
• Use critical thinking to resolve issues and drive continuous improvement.
