Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality, the parent company of Embassy Suites by Hilton Boston Marlborough, is seeking a dependable Meeting Room Set-Up Attendant / Van Driver to support event spaces and guest transportation. The role emphasizes service, safety, and teamwork in a fast-paced hotel environment.

The ideal candidate has a valid driver's license, a clean driving record, and strong customer service skills. Flexible hours and possible additional shifts support a dynamic events calendar and guest

Qualifications

One year in a customer service role
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Ability to lift/move tables, chairs, and banquet equipment
Strong customer service and communication skills
Dependable, punctual, and flexible
Able to work independently and as part of a hotel team

Responsibilities

Set up meeting rooms according to event specifications and arrange tables, chairs, linens, and equipment.
Safely transport guests as needed and assist with setup and breakdown of meeting spaces.
Keep banquet and storage areas clean and organized; assist with additional tasks as needed.
Respond to guest and event needs promptly and professionally; work closely with hotel team to ensure spaces are ready for guests.
