Embassy Suites by Hilton Boston Marlborough, part of Pyramid Global Hospitality, is seeking a dependable Banquet Setup Attendant / Van Driver to support event operations. You will transport guests as needed and assist with setup, breakdown, and maintenance of banquet spaces, delivering friendly, professional service.

Applicants should have a valid driver's license, a safe driving record, and experience in hospitality or customer service.

Qualifications

Valid driver's license and a safe driving record.
Experience in hotel, banquet, hospitality, or customer service preferred.
Ability to lift, carry, and move tables, chairs, and banquet equipment.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Dependable, punctual, and flexible.
Professional appearance and positive attitude.

Responsibilities

Set up meeting and banquet rooms according to event specifications.
Arrange tables, chairs, linens, and other equipment as needed.
Assist with moving and positioning tables, chairs, and banquet equipment.
Prepare meeting rooms prior to events and assist with breakdown after events.
Keep banquet areas, storage areas, and equipment clean and organized.
Respond to guest and event needs in a timely and professional manner.
Work closely with the hotel team to ensure meeting and event spaces are ready for guests.
