Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality is seeking a dependable Banquet Setup Attendant / Van Driver for Embassy Suites by Hilton Boston Marlborough. The role involves transporting guests safely and assisting with setup, breakdown, and maintenance of banquet and meeting spaces.

The ideal candidate has a friendly, reliable demeanor, can work independently, and deliver excellent guest service. Monday–Thursday, 3:00 PM–7:00 PM; compensation is $18 per hour with equal opportunity employment.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and a safe driving record.
• Previous hotel, banquet, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to safely lift, carry, and move tables, chairs, and other banquet equipment.

Responsibilities

• Set up meeting and banquet rooms according to event specifications.
• Arrange tables, chairs, linens, and other equipment as needed.
• Assist with moving and positioning banquet equipment and break down after events.
• Ensure banquet areas are clean and organized; respond to guest needs promptly.
