Drury Plaza Hotel in Franklin, Tennessee is seeking a Meeting & Events Coordinator to manage all aspects of meeting room bookings, catering, and event setup. You will respond to guest requests and ensure seamless execution of every function.

The role requires strong English communication, friendly guest service, knowledge of hotel operations, and inventory management for food items. Availability to work varied shifts is expected.

Qualifications

• Requires ability to take and give clear written and verbal direction in English.
• Ability to communicate in a friendly manner with guests to create a warm environment.
• Knowledge of hotel accommodations and community.
• Ability to conduct inventory of food items and calculate order levels.
• Must be able to work days, nights, weekends and holidays.
