Franklin Embassy Suites - Atrium Hospitality in Franklin, TN is seeking an enthusiastic banquet server to support events with hospitality, precision, and teamwork. You will set up and break down banquet spaces, serve food and beverages with attention to timing and presentation, maintain clean areas, and respond to guest needs professionally.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months serving experience for medium to large groups.
• Food safety certification or training within first 90 days.
• Alcohol certification or training within first 90 days.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long shifts.
• Flexible availability including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Set up and break down banquet spaces per BEOs, including linens and settings.
• Serve food and beverages with attention to timing, presentation, and guest satisfaction.
• Maintain clean, organized banquet areas throughout the event cycle.
• Manage guest needs professionally, supporting the event contact.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and company policies to ensure a safe environment.
