KARL STORZ North America is seeking a Sales Executive, Surgical – Charlotte, NC (Field-Based) to drive growth across surgical specialties in the Charlotte area. Candidates must reside locally and will represent KARL STORZ professionally, building clinical and administrative relationships and pursuing new business opportunities with hospitals, surgery centers, clinics, and physicians.

The role offers a guaranteed base, commission, bonus and full benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 4–6 years of B2B sales experience.
• Proven track record of exceeding consultative sales targets.
• Strong interpersonal, presentation, and organizational skills; ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct consultative sales across hospitals, surgery centers, clinics, and physician offices.
• Achieve or exceed annual sales quotas and expand market share for designated product lines.
• Build and maintain relationships with nurses, physicians, sterile processing, supply chain and other decision-makers.
