Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• 4+ years in Field Service, Technical Support, Manufacturing Engineering, Product Support Engineering, or related role.
• Experience in regulated industries such as Medical Device.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary technical liaison between internal groups and service organization.
• Support new product development, install base sustaining, lifecycle and change management.
• Handle service training and service documentation.
• Provide recommendations on design for serviceability and tooling requirements.
• Escalate complex technical issues and drive field troubleshooting.
• Maintain knowledge base articles for field issues.
• Collaborate with external and internal partners for troubleshooting skills.
• Monitor service data to drive design improvements.
• Manage service procedures for design/tooling updates.
