Job summary

RecSeekers is seeking a Senior / Principal Recruiter to drive a profitable MedTech recruitment desk across the US. The role offers a $95,000+ base with $300,000+ earning potential and uncapped commissions, all fully remote within the United States.

You will partner with founders and senior leaders to source and place executives and specialists across Medical Devices, Diagnostics, and Digital Health, while developing strategic accounts and new market opportunities.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of generating revenue and developing new business with senior decision-makers.
• Experience with MedTech, Medical Devices, Life Sciences, or related technical markets is a plus.
• Ability to build and maintain profitable client relationships and long-term partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Senior 360 recruitment role with strong emphasis on business development, account penetration, and long-term client partnerships.
• Collaborate with Founders, CEOs, CTOs, VPs of Engineering, Heads of Product and senior R&D leaders to support development, validation and commercialization of new medical technologies.
• Manage assignments across Embedded Software, Hardware Engineering, Systems Engineering, Product Development, Regulatory Affairs, Quality, Clinical Affairs and senior commercial appointments.
• Build a substantial, profitable MedTech desk leveraging existing infrastructure and market access.
