Antharos Recruiting is seeking a Senior Associate - Executive Search specializing in Digital Health / HealthTech. This remote, full-desk role offers base or draw salary plus uncapped commission and profit sharing within a high-growth practice.

You will drive outbound business, build partnerships with founders and executives, source and place senior talent, and manage the full search lifecycle across Digital Health verticals, owning market expertise and delivery excellence.

Qualifications

• Currently working (or within past 18 months) as a 360 Executive Search Consultant at a search firm or staffing firm with a search division.
• Direct Hire / Permanent placement experience (not contract-only)
• Demonstrated experience recruiting within Digital Health, Health Technology, or adjacent technology sectors
• Experience placing technology-driven professional roles

Responsibilities

• Drive outbound business development to secure retained and contingent executive search engagements
• Build long-term partnerships with founders, executives, and hiring leaders
• Source, evaluate, and place senior-level talent across Digital Health and HealthTech organizations

A nationally recognized, award-winning executive search firm is expanding its Direct Hire practice and is prioritizing growth in Digital Health / Health Technology. We are helping them find and hire experienced 360 Executive Search professionals (full desk: sales + recruiting) to build and scale a high-impact Digital Health practice.

This is a role for proven producers who want ownership of a niche, strong economics, and the backing of a firm with decades of credibility.

What You’ll Do:

• Drive outbound business development to secure retained and contingent executive search engagements
• Build long-term partnerships with founders, executives, and hiring leaders
• Source, evaluate, and place senior-level talent across Digital Health and HealthTech organizations

MUST HAVE:
