Job summary

Johnson & Johnson’s Ethicon unit is seeking an Associate Account Executive to support clients in the SE Michigan/Detroit metro area. You will help expand the sale of surgical technologies to surgeons and healthcare professionals, with opportunities to progress to an Account Executive.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree, up to 2 years of business experience, and the ability to travel. You must have a valid US driver’s license and be prepared to relocate as needed in the territory.

Responsibilities

• Expand Ethicon US, LLC product sales and convert competitors in line with company policy and sales direction.
• Support the Area/Region for all sales-related activities and opportunity to advance to Account Executive.
• Train to understand and demonstrate proper use of products in an operating room setting.
• Execute the selling cycle professionally, ethically, and effectively to motivate customer action.
• Understand and demonstrate product prep, perform surgical demonstrations, and handle questions/objections with training methods.
