Accenture’s Life Sciences MedTech practice seeks a commercially driven Senior Manager who can engage C-suite, earn trust, originate meaningful work, and lead a team to deliver it exceptionally.

You will drive MedTech RD growth by building client relationships, shaping propositions, closing engagements, and developing the next generation of Accenture consultants. AI fluency is central to how we work and what we sell.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in or advising the MedTech R&D industry with deep product development/regulatory lifecycle.
• 7+ years of management consulting with proven client origination and revenue generation.
• Bachelor’s degree in science, engineering, or health-related field.

Responsibilities

• Establish and manage a BD pipeline of MedTech engagements, including OEMs and digital health.
• Lead C-suite and VP relationships, position Accenture as strategic partner in RD transformation.
• Design and deploy AI-enabled solutions to accelerate product development and clinical ops.
• Shape and pitch propositions linking strategy, technology, AI, and operations to RD challenges.
• Lead consulting teams delivering RD transformation across development, regulatory, operations, medical affairs.
• Contribute to thought leadership in MedTech RD through POVs, events, and market positioning.
• Mentor junior talent and grow Accenture's MedTech RD practice.
