Boston Scientific is seeking a Senior Program Manager, AI Partnerships and Enablement, to accelerate MedTech AI initiatives across programs. You will lead strategy, multi-year roadmaps, governance, and cross-functional execution with external partners and internal business units.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in engineering, CS, business or healthcare.
• 7+ years of program management with 3+ years in AI/MedTech or data-driven initiatives.
• Ability to lead multi-stakeholder programs with external partners and internal units.
• Strong program execution, risk management, and outcomes tracking.
• Excellent communication and influence across all levels.
• Working knowledge of regulatory considerations in MedTech AI.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise AI transformation programs: Own strategy, multi-year roadmap, governance, and execution for large, cross-collaborative AI programs spanning functions.
• Lead an enterprise AI Enablement Council: Build and program manage a cross-functional council for priorities, roadmaps, and adoption.
• Drive measurable value realization: Define KPIs and establish measurement and reporting mechanisms.
• Establish program operating cadence and governance: Support executive forums, prioritization, decision logs, and risk/issue management.
• Drive AI change enablement at scale: Design adoption strategies across R&D and clinical/business workflows.
• Support AI capabilities and organizational literacy: Develop capability-building programs for key personas including engineers, clinicians, and leaders.
• Enable process improvement with AI: Prioritize and operationalize AI-enabled improvements in internal processes.
• Define scalable delivery playbooks and operating model: Create reusable templates for intake, validation, deployment, and monitoring.
• Lead and govern strategic partnerships: Manage AI vendors, health systems, and healthcare companies.
• Serve as senior stakeholder influencer: Align executives on objectives and drive timely decision-making.
• Ensure risk-aware delivery in regulated environments: Integrate regulatory and patient safety considerations into program delivery.
