Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Consultant to help leading pharma, biotech, and medtech clients define commercial strategy and reinvent how commercial work gets done.

You will support strategy work across asset/brand strategy, launch, portfolio growth, market access, patient services, and enterprise transformation, including use of AI/data-enabled methods to improve decision-making and execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years life sciences commercial experience.
• 3+ years of strategy consulting experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support client workstreams to define commercial strategy and drive outcomes.
• Assess market dynamics, customer needs, and growth opportunities.
• Translate insights into client-ready recommendations and action plans.
• Conduct primary and secondary research and synthesize findings.
• Own deliverables and manage workstreams with limited guidance.
