Job summary

Accenture’s Life Sciences MedTech Practice is seeking a commercially driven Senior Manager to originate meaningful work with senior leaders and lead a team to deliver it exceptionally.

You will drive MedTech commercial growth, build client relationships from scratch, shape propositions, and lead AI-enabled transformations across strategy, technology, and operations. Travel up to 75% to client locations.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of MedTech commercial experience across sales, marketing, or operations.
• 8+ years in commercial and marketing continuums from strategy to execution.
• 5+ years of consulting with proven delivery and client origination.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Establish and manage the pipeline of new MedTech engagements across the industry.
• Develop C-suite and VP-level client relationships, positioning Accenture as a long-term strategic partner.
• Lead transformation programs including operating model redesign and go-to-market optimization.
• Partner with clients to scale AI and analytics for better decision-making, territory design, and productivity.
• Develop business cases and value roadmaps quantifying revenue growth and outcomes.
• Shape and pitch propositions connecting strategy, technology, AI, and operations.
• Lead global consulting teams delivering commercial and marketing engagements.
• Build Accenture offerings and thought leadership in AI-enabled growth.
• Mentor junior talent and grow Accenture's MedTech Commercial practice.
