Qualifications
- 8+ years in Life Sciences R&D strategy or transformation.
- Proven track record leading strategy engagements with measurable outcomes for biopharma clients.
- Ability to present strategic roadmaps to C-suite and senior R&D stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Lead complex R&D strategy engagements from problem framing through delivery with measurable client impact.
- Advise clients on R&D transformation priorities including strategy, portfolio management, AI integration, and operating model.
- Develop strategic recommendations and roadmaps for Heads of R&D and senior stakeholders.
- Drive business development, originate opportunities, and contribute to Accenture's Life Sciences R&D pipeline.
- Build and grow senior client relationships across biopharma R&D functions.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to tailor expertise for each engagement.
