Job summary

Lighteum in Oceanside, CA, is seeking a Project Manager II to organize and lead medium to large programs in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This onsite role partners with Sales, Quality, and Engineering to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to specification.

You will manage budgets, develop governance, and provide executive dashboards while maintaining ISO/QMS compliance and a strong safety culture. Travel up to 20% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, or related field.
• 3–5 years in project management in manufacturing, PMP preferred; or 5–10 years with no PMP.
• Experience in the medical device industry.

Responsibilities

• Define tasks, timelines, and milestones to deliver projects on schedule.
• Manage a portfolio of medium to large programs with budget oversight.
• Develop governance, metrics, and reporting for assigned programs.
• Coordinate with Sales, Quality, Engineering, and vendors to ensure success.
