Job summary

Lighteum Medical seeks a Project Manager I for its San Diego facility to organize, manage, plan and execute strategic projects supporting long-term growth. You will collaborate with Sales, Quality, Engineering, and vendors to deliver small to medium projects on time and within budget.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years PM experience in manufacturing, PMP preferred, and a strong background in Lean, ERP, and MS Office. Travel up to 20% to regional sites is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, industrial engineering, or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Define project tasks and ensure activities progress and are completed on time.
• Own and manage a portfolio of small to medium sized programs for the business.
• Establish project prioritization frameworks to align resources with high-value opportunities.
• Develop project governance, metrics, and reporting for assigned programs/projects.
