Qualifications

• Pursuing an engineering degree (Junior, Senior, or graduate).
• Lean Six Sigma knowledge and continuous improvement mindset.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Support global process improvement and production-floor activities.
• Participate in cross-functional teams spanning global operations.
• Apply Lean and Six Sigma tools to analyze trends and improve yield.
• Assist with production of new products, changes, and enhancements.
• Ensure GMP, GDP, FDA QSR and ISO compliance in daily work.
• Develop and maintain process documentation (routers, BOMs, FMEAs).
• Contribute to validation plans, protocols, and reports.
