The role requires a Bachelor's degree in medical technology, an ASCP license, and strong knowledge of lab equipment and procedures. The candidate will train service teams, assist sales with technical demonstrations, and stay updated on new developments in the company’s products.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of science degree with a focus on medical technology, Clinical Laboratory Science, or similar.
• Medical Technologist (ASCP) or medical laboratory license.
• In‑depth knowledge of medical laboratory equipment, techniques, tests, and procedures.
• Advanced knowledge in preparing and analyzing biological samples.
• Proficiency in inventorying supplies and maintaining laboratory equipment.
• Exceptional ability in summarizing and reporting test results.
• Extensive experience in collaborating with healthcare providers and specialists.
• Knowledge of best practices and advancements in the field of laboratory sciences.
• Willing to be trained here at Greenhills, San Juan before deploying at Bicol Area, Cebu Area and Mindanao Area.
• Data Encoder: 3 years (Required)
• Office/Admin Staff: 3 years (Required)

Responsibilities

• Study all specifications of the product/s assigned, and conduct research to further understand the product/s if necessary.
• Conduct product training to service team to enable them to provide better quality service to clients all over the country.
• Conduct product training to clients.
• Provide the sales team with the necessary technical expertise to enable them to sell the product by conducting an effective demonstration and training to the clients/end‑users.
• Review product data to ensure that the field force is kept up to date on new developments regarding the companies or competitors products.
• Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops.
• Adhere to best practices in medical laboratory sciences and keep up with advancements in the field.
