Responsibilities

• Perform laboratory testing assigned to the department.
• Recognize unusual results and resolve discrepancies.
• Establish work priorities and handle multiple procedures including instrument troubleshooting.
• Maintain knowledge of SOPs and develop/revise SOPs and training documents.
• Communicate effectively with the department and Laboratory Services personnel.
• Serve as a subject matter expert and provide team support.
