Job summary

Established Search is supporting an early-stage medical technology company in Miami, developing next-generation interventional devices for vascular disease. The Product Marketing Manager will shape product positioning, commercial strategy and launch readiness with physicians, KOLs and cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Experience within neurovascular, cardiovascular or another catheter-based interventional medical device market
• Experience working directly with physicians and KOLs
• Comfortable working in an early-stage, high-growth environment
• Willingness to work on-site in Florida and travel as required for physician meetings, conferences and product evaluations

Responsibilities

• Develop sales tools, product presentations, training materials, competitive intelligence and physician education materials
• Support product launch planning and commercial readiness as the technology progresses towards regulatory clearance
• Work directly with physicians and KOLs to gather product and market feedback
• Partner with engineering, clinical, regulatory and executive teams to ensure commercial insights are incorporated into product development
• Assist with the development of physician and future sales-force training programmes
• Represent the business at physician meetings, product evaluations and relevant industry conferences
