Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business/Marketing or related field; MBA/advanced degree preferred.
• Strong leadership with ability to define objectives/strategies and coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Strategic development and analytical skills; ability to build market/financial models.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with R&D to translate unmet needs into customer requirements/specifications and assist validation activities.
• Use customer insights to drive product development and launch through internal/external innovation.
