You will own the vision and strategy for PLM platform features and lead global teams to deliver value. This role partners with business owners, architecture, and suppliers, manages a multi-million-dollar budget, drives AI-enabled lifecycle processes, and ensures platform reliability and scalable design across OpCos.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in IT, CS, business, engineering or related field.
• 10+ years progressively advanced duties in relevant roles.

Responsibilities

• Visionary leader for platform/product strategy and value realization.
• Own end-to-end platform lifecycle activities including technical leadership and backlog management.
• Enable AI-driven and data-centric lifecycle processes across the ecosystem.
• Ensure scalability, reliability, and standardization across OpCos / legacy systems.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, and portfolio partners to optimize business value.
• Manage cross-team dependencies in roadmaps and backlog with technologial stakeholders.
• Lead vendor relationships and stay ahead of PLM tech trends.
• Drive platform governance, security, and integration with enterprise architecture guidelines.
• Improve processes through automation, insights, and metrics; coach Product Owners and Managers.
