Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a MedTech Digital Product Manager to lead the digital strategy for the MedTech Supply Chain. The role is based in Raritan, NJ and will collaborate with business units, IT, and data science to drive innovation and operational efficiency.

You will own end-to-end product lifecycle, partner with a multidisciplinary team, and establish KPIs to quantify impact, including cost savings and revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required; advanced degree preferred.
• 6+ years of relevant professional work experience.
• Experience in digital strategy, product management, or related areas.
• Experience leading digital product development with agile methodologies.
• Knowledge of supply chain processes (demand, inventory, capacity, scheduling).
• Experience with custom applications and SaaS platforms.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the digital product strategy for the supply chain portfolio.
• Provide digital product management and AI enablement for initiatives in inventory optimization, capacity management, and scheduling.
• Manage end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation to deployment.
• Collaborate with supply chain, IT, data science, and customers.
• Define and monitor KPIs to measure performance and value realization.
• Drive go-to-market and change management for adoption of digital tools.
• Identify trends and innovations for digital transformation.
