Johnson & Johnson MedTech is seeking a Technical Operations Co-Op to join the Orthopaedics Supply Chain team in West Chester, PA. The role focuses on project management, development, and process improvements under senior guidance.

The ideal candidate is enrolled in an engineering program, maintains a 2.8+ GPA, and can work full-time on site with remote flexibility. This paid co-op offers exposure to cross-functional teams and real-world product initiatives.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in an accredited University/College for the entire assignment.
• Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Biomedical, Chemical, or related).
• Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship at application time.

Responsabilités

• Manage and support project or programs of low to medium complexity.
• Lead supply chain projects related to new products or processes.
• Assist with project business cases and status monitoring.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to ensure project execution.
