Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Technical Operations Co-Op to join our MedTech Orthopaedics Supply Chain team in West Chester, PA. You will support project management, problem solving, and cross-functional collaboration under supervision.

You should be enrolled in an engineering program, legally eligible to work in the US, and able to work full-time on site; CPT/OPT sponsorship guidance applies and you’ll gain hands-on experience in a global healthcare leader.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the US for the duration of the program.
• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
• Available to work full-time on site in West Chester, PA.

Responsabilités

• Manage and execute project and/or programs of low to medium complexity impacting patient safety and quality.
• Lead and support supply chain projects related to product modifications and transfers.
• Assist with project business cases, tasks, and status monitoring.
• Collaborate with R&D, Regulatory, Quality, Planning and Finance to ensure execution excellence.
• Support strategic projects and issue management activities.
• Use project management tools and propose process improvements.
• Understand governance, systems, and portfolio management templates.
