Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Technical Operations Co-Op to join the MedTech Orthopaedics Supply Chain team in West Chester, PA.

You will support project management, process improvements, and collaborate with R&D, Regulatory, Quality, Planning, and manufacturing partners to ensure timely execution.

This on-site program requires full-time availability, enrollment in an engineering degree, and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.
• Currently enrolled in an accredited University/College pursuing a Bachelor's degree.
• Engineering majors (Mechanical, Biomedical, Chemical or related).
• Available for full-time on-site 40 hours/week.
• Cumulative GPA 2.8+.
• Freshman year completed; not a senior.
• English proficiency required.

Responsabilités

• Manage and support projects of low to medium complexity impacting safety, quality, service, growth and value.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with R&D, Regulatory, Quality, Planning, Finance, and manufacturing partners.
• Develop project business cases, assist with tasks, mitigation plans and status monitoring.
• Use project management tools to solve problems and suggest improvements.
• Understand governance, processes and tools for project and portfolio management.
