Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is recruiting for 10 Spring 2027 Co-Ops in Raynham, MA, within DePuy Synthes. Roles span several departments to support manufacturing, engineering projects, and continuous improvement. These in-office positions require full-time presence and offer exposure to GMP and medical device environments.

Candidates should be undergraduates in engineering disciplines, with a 2.8+ GPA, and ready to commit to 5 days/week on-site. Prior Co-Op and Power BI/Python knowledge are a plus.

Qualifications

• Completion of Undergraduate Freshman year at an accredited University is required.
• Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in SupplyChain, industrial Engineering or related fields.
• Have a cumulative GPA of 2.8 or higher, which is reflective of all college coursework.
• Enrolled in a 4-year Engineering curriculum
• Competence with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) is required
• Understanding of common engineering analysis tools (such as statistical process control) and reporting mechanisms
• Strong verbal and communication skills
• Ability to commute 5 days / week to the facility located in Raynham, MA.
• Knowledge of Power BI and Python.

Responsibilities

• Assist in process, project, and / or quality activities across the manufacturing network
• Become involved in the day-to-day functions of a medical device manufacturing facility
• Develop a range of business documents including but not limited to validation protocols, engineering studies, and work instructions.
• Support senior engineers on various Business Continuity and / or Cost Improvement projects
• Create and analyze data related to manufacturing processes to recommend improvements or changes
