Job summary

HistoSonics, Inc. is seeking a Market Development Manager to drive the regional revenue engine for the Edison System.

You will identify hospitals and health systems with suitable volume, build early relationships with physicians and administrators, and hand off qualified accounts to the Area Sales Manager team. You will report to the Area Sales Director, maintain a live pipeline and territory plan, coordinate with Account Managers, and support adoption through clinical education and regional

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a healthcare-related field, business, or life sciences.
• Minimum 2 years of sales or clinical liaison experience in medical devices or related settings.
• Proven ability to prospect and build relationships with hospital stakeholders.
• Willingness to meet credentialing and background requirements.
• Ability to travel up to 75% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Map and prioritize target accounts by regional hospital volume and program maturity.
• Build early relationships with physicians, administrators, and key stakeholders.
• Partner with ASMs to move accounts from lead to qualified opportunity.
• Maintain a live pipeline and report prospects to the ASD regularly.
• Coordinate with AMs for post-sale program launch and utilization growth.
