Job summary

IQVIA MedTech CFS is seeking a Field Service Technician to troubleshoot, repair, and update medical devices across hospitals in the United States, with on-site support.

The role offers a flexible, part-time schedule with 1-3 weeks on-site per assignment and travel nationally.

Candidates should have hardware and software installation experience and be able to lift up to 50 pounds, with a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year related technical experience required.
• 3+ years' experience in field technical role with focus on both hardware and software installations preferred.
• Experience in field service, engineering, biomedical, maintenance, electronics, electrical, technical work, or IT is preferred for this position.
• Prior military veterans with experience in an electronics, maintenance, or IT related MOS encouraged to apply!

Responsibilities

• Organizing, testing, and updating medical devices, installing, and configuring hardware, software, and network products.
• Set-up and organization of equipment and workstations.
• Conduct routine checks and records data from product tests after installation and configuration.
• Manage project timelines and customer needs.
