Job summary

IQVIA MedTech CFS seeks a part-time Field Service Technician to install, test, and update medical devices across healthcare facilities. You will configure hardware, software, and network components and work with an on-site team to support various clinical sites.

The role requires 1+ year of technical experience, strong communication, and willingness to travel up to 40+ hours weekly with assignments 1–3 weeks onsite per trip.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year related technical experience required.
• 3+ years’ experience in field technical role with hardware and software installs preferred.
• Experience in field service, biomedical, maintenance, electronics, electrical, IT or related tech work preferred.
• Strong communication and professional demeanor required.

Responsibilities

• Organize, test, and update medical devices; install and configure hardware, software, and networks.
• Set up equipment/workstations and document routine product tests after installation.
• Manage project timelines and respond to customer needs; travel as required.
