Job summary

IQVIA MedTech CFS is seeking Field Service Technicians who will troubleshoot, repair, and update medical devices in hospitals across the United States with on-site team support. You will organize equipment, perform setups, and document test data during installations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year related technical experience required.
• 3+ years' experience in field technical role with focus on both hardware and software installations.
• Experience in field service, biomedical, maintenance, electronics, electrical, technical work, or IT is preferred.
• Prior military veterans with electronics/maintenance/IT MOS encouraged to apply.
• Professional business acumen including communication and soft skills required.
• Must be comfortable with basic software programs and Microsoft operating system.
• Ability to assemble and disassemble equipment and devices.
• Able to sit/stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Able to work independently in customer settings with minimal supervision.

• Organizing, testing, and updating medical devices, installing, and configuring hardware, software, and network products.
• Set-up and organization of equipment and workstations.
• Conduct routine checks and records data from product tests after installation and configuration.
