Job summary

IQVIA is seeking Field Service Technicians to troubleshoot, repair, and update medical devices in hospitals nationwide. You will work with an on-site team, manage equipment setup, and coordinate with customers to meet timelines while advancing your technical and leadership skills.

The role offers a flexible schedule with on-site assignments spanning 1–3 weeks and travel across the United States. Relevant hardware/software installation experience and strong communication abilities are essential

Qualifications

Minimum 1 year related technical experience.
3+ years’ experience in field technical role with focus on both hardware and software installations preferred.
Experience in field service, biomedical, maintenance, electronics, electrical, technical work, or IT is preferred.
Prior military veterans with experience in an electronics, maintenance, or IT related MOS encouraged to apply!
Professional business acumen including communication and soft skills required.
Must be comfortable with basic software programs and Microsoft operating system.
Ability to assemble and disassemble equipment.
Ability to sit and stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds.
Ability to work independently in customer settings with minimal supervision required.

Responsibilities

Organizing, testing, and updating medical devices, installing, and configuring hardware, software, and network products.
Set-up and organization of equipment and workstations.
Conduct routine checks and records data from product tests after installation and configuration.
Manage project timelines and customer needs.
