Job summary

IQVIA Argentina medtech field service technicians troubleshoot, repair, and update medical devices in hospitals across the United States, with on-site team support. You will apply technical initiative in medical device technology.

This role offers flexibility, growth into new opportunities, and supplemental income while expanding knowledge of the medical device industry. Assignments typically require 1–3 weeks on-site; three weeks of open availability per month; travel nationwide.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year related technical experience required.
• 3+ years’ experience in field technical role with hardware and software installations preferred.
• Experience in field service, engineering, biomedical, maintenance, electronics, electrical, technical work, or IT is preferred.
• Prior military veterans with electronics/maintenance/IT MOS encouraged to apply.
• Professional business acumen including communication and soft skills required.
• Must be comfortable with basic software programs and Microsoft operating system.
• Ability to assemble and disassemble equipment and devices.
• Ability to sit and stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to work independently in customer settings with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Organizing, testing, and updating medical devices, installing, and configuring hardware, software, and network products.
• Set-up and organization of equipment and workstations.
• Conduct routine checks and records data from product tests after installation and configuration.
• Manage project timelines and customer needs.
