Job summary

IQVIA MedTech CFS seeks Field Service Technicians to troubleshoot, repair, and update medical devices in hospitals across the United States, working with on-site teams. Qualifications

Minimum 1 year related technical experience required.
3+ years in field technical role with hardware and software installations preferred.
Experience in field service, engineering, biomedical, maintenance, electronics, technical work, or IT is preferred.
Prior military veterans with electronics/maintenance/IT MOS encouraged to apply.
Professional business acumen including communication and soft skills required.
Must be comfortable with basic software programs and Microsoft operating system.
Ability to assemble and disassemble equipment.
Ability to sit and stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds.
Ability to work independently in customer settings with minimal supervision required.

Responsibilities

Organizing, testing, and updating medical devices, installing, and configuring hardware, software, and network products.
Set-up and organization of equipment and workstations.
Conduct routine checks and records data from product tests after installation and configuration.
Manage project timelines and customer needs.
