Job summary

IQVIA MedTech CFS is seeking Field Service Technicians to troubleshoot, repair, and update medical devices in hospitals across the United States with on-site team support. The role emphasizes hands-on hardware/software installation and configuration, with a focus on delivering reliable service and timely updates.

Expect a part-time schedule with travel, typically 1–3 weeks onsite per assignment and 3 weeks open availability per month.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year related technical experience required.
• 3+ years’ field technical experience with hardware and software installations preferred.
• Experience in field service, biomedical or IT roles is preferred.
• Military veterans encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Organizing, testing, and updating medical devices, installing, and configuring hardware, software, and network products.
• Set-up and organization of equipment and workstations.
• Conduct routine checks and records data from product tests after installation and configuration.
• Manage project timelines and customer needs.
