Job summary

Artidis is seeking a Field Service Engineer to install, commission and service its cutting-edge medical devices across hospitals and research sites. You will diagnose issues, perform preventive maintenance, provide technical support and collaborate with product teams to relay customer feedback.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, 3+ years in medical devices, strong regulatory know-how (ISO 13485, FDA), and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent technical certification.
• +3 years of experience in medical device fields and customer services.
• Strong problem-solving skills and knowledge of ISO 13485 and FDA guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Install and commission devices to guarantee proper functionality and regulatory compliance.
• Conduct routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs to minimize downtime.
• Diagnose and rectify device issues or malfunctions.
• Provide technical support to healthcare professionals and troubleshoot inquiries.
• Collaborate with internal teams to relay customer feedback for product improvement.
• Support device development teams by integrating customer feedback into enhancements.
• Ensure activities align with ISO 13485 and FDA guidelines.
• Interact with customers to address inquiries and build relationships.
• Be flexible to move between hospitals and customer sites.
