Qualifications

• Biomedical, hardware, electrical, mechanical, and diagnostic repair and troubleshooting experience required.
• Strong communication skills and professional business acumen.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently or within a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing communication and customer support to on-site hospital staff.
• Organize, test, and update medical devices; install and configure hardware, software, and network products.
• Conduct routine checks and record data from product tests after installation.
• Maintain credentialing requirements with clients and vendors.
