Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is recruiting for a Manager, Digital Transformation - MT R&D to join our MedTech Surgery business at the Cincinnati, OH site with an alternate location in Raritan, NJ, Irvine, CA, or Zuchwil, CH. The role leads digital platforms, ownership, and governance across R&D, driving value realization.

Key responsibilities include lifecycle management of sector platforms, strategic roadmapping, and innovation enablement through automation and data-driven capabilities.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in digital transformation, sector platforms, or product ownership.
• Bachelor's degree required; MS preferred.
• 8–12+ years of relevant experience in R&D or related fields.
• Strong understanding of regulated R&D processes and governance.

Responsibilities

• Owns product ownership and lifecycle management of sector R&D digital platforms, including deployments, operations, adoption, and value realization.
• Strategic planning, roadmap development, governance, and stakeholder alignment.
• Enable innovation through automation and data-driven digital capabilities; evaluate emerging technologies.
• Lead or contribute as a senior individual to deliver defined platforms or capability areas.
