The Manager, Digital Transformation is accountable for owning, evolving, and realizing value from sector and enterprise digital platforms and capabilities that enable MedTech R&D.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in digital transformation or product ownership.
• Bachelor's degree required; MS preferred.
• 8–12+ years of relevant experience in regulated R&D.

Responsibilities

• Own lifecycle management of sector R&D digital platforms.
• Develop roadmaps, governance, and stakeholder alignment.
• Enable innovation through automation and new technologies.
