Lead cross-functional teams to map workflows, identify bottlenecks, and implement improvements.
Develop and implement strategies leveraging emerging technologies to streamline operations and improve productivity.
Utilize data analytics and AI tools to drive insights and data-driven decisions.
Lead initiatives to optimize processes impacting product development and lifecycle maintenance.
Foster a culture of innovation acceleration by sharing best practices across the organization.
Monitor industry trends to identify potential applications in R&D.
Prepare and present reports to senior leadership with progress and recommendations.
Counsel R&D leaders on opportunity spaces.
