Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Advanced knowledge of leading social platforms and their brand applications.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, especially for social media.
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong prioritization, time-management, and deadline-driven multitasking.
• Experience managing a brand’s social media presence is highly preferred.
• Experience with scheduling, publishing, analytics, or listening tools is advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Create, write, and edit engaging social media content aligned with brand and objectives.
• Schedule approved content and ensure timely execution across channels.
• Gather content from education courses, conferences, and events for channels.
• Monitor social channels and conduct social listening to identify trends and opportunities.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop compliant, engaging content.
• Support cross-functional marketing initiatives and keep projects on schedule.
• Develop influencer programs and monitor online conversations among healthcare professionals.
• Provide content to key opinion leaders, healthcare systems, and employee advocates.
• Repurpose long-form content into social assets, blogs, website copy, and videos.
• Organize and manage digital assets and content libraries.
• Produce monthly social media reports and provide recommendations.
