Job summary

Johnson & Johnson MedTech in Cincinnati, OH is seeking a Manager, Commercial Education to lead training and development for the sales organization. You will coach STRs, design education programs, and collaborate with marketing to support product launches that align with strategic priorities.

The role requires 5+ years in clinical sales within MedTech Surgery, strong leadership, and a willingness to relocate to Cincinnati.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree.
• Minimum 5 years successful experience in Clinical Sales focusing on MedTech Surgery.
• Preferred: MedTech Surgery Field Sales Trainer or current member of the FSLDP (Field Sales Leadership Development Program).
• Excellent clinical knowledge in MedTech Surgery products and procedures.
• Must relocate to the Raritan-based campus.

Responsibilities

• Communicate business-related issues to next management level.
• As a people leader, ensure STRs follow Health, Safety and Environmental practices and have resources.
• Ensure compliance with regulations, policies and procedures.
• Partner with marketing to support product launch development and training aligned to priorities.
• Coach and train sales representatives to use sales force tools to identify growth opportunities.
• Lead or support Surgery Foundations, Advanced, and Master Programs as assigned.
