Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• BLS certification (CPR) must be current or obtained within 30 days of employment.
• Basic math and computer proficiency are required.
• Ability to pass clinical competency testing.

Responsibilities

• Perform delegated patient care interventions for MedSurg patients and families.
• Obtain vital signs, assist with bathing, feeding, hygiene, wound care, and emotional support.
• Maintain a safe, clean environment in the MedSurg department and assist with inventory.
• Contribute to efficient department operations to support quality patient and family outcomes.
