Job summary

Greenwich Medical Spa in West Hartford is seeking a Medspa Manager to lead daily operations, open/close the spa, oversee reception, retail displays, and vendor coordination.

You will partner with HR on employee lifecycle, coach staff, manage schedules, ensure licensure and training compliance, and conduct performance reviews.

The role requires 1–2 years in dermatologic aesthetics and management, strong communication, organization, and a team focus. Relocation options available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree preferred with sales/marketing emphasis.
• 1–2 years dermatologic/aesthetics experience.
• 1–2 years management experience.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the medspa.
• Maintain reception area, transaction counter, and retail displays.
• Partner with HR on employee lifecycle matters.
• Coach, mentor, and train staff as needed.
• Manage staff scheduling.
• Ensure staff licensure and training compliance.
• Conduct quarterly and annual performance reviews.
• Maintain inventory of medical, spa, and office supplies.
• Reconcile bank statements with daily sales reports.
• Coordinate contracted services (housekeeping, linens, pest control, machines).
• Ensure clinician consent and standing orders are charted and HIPAA forms signed and filed.
• Serve as the medspa facility's marketing representative in the community.
