MedSpa Manager Snapshot
The MedSpa Manager is responsible for the day‑to‑day operational functions of the medical aesthetic practice, ensuring that office policies, procedures, and plans are executed in a smooth and expeditious manner within our Five‑Star Service Standards.
- Opening and closing of the medspa.
- Maintain reception area, transaction counter, and retail displays.
- Partner with Human Resources regarding all matters of the employee career cycle.
- Coach, mentor, and train members of their team as needed.
- Manage staff scheduling.
- Ensure staff compliance with licensure, training, and other requirements.
- Set expectations and complete quarterly and annual performance reviews.
- Maintain inventory of all medical, spa, and office supplies.
- Reconcile bank statements with daily sales reports.
- Coordinate contracted services such as housekeeping, linens, pest control, and equipment maintenance.
- Ensure clinicians chart all consents and standing orders, and HIPAA forms are signed and included in patient charts.
- Serve as the medspa facility’s marketing representative in the community.
Education and Experience
- College degree in sales/marketing preferred.
- One to two years of dermatologic/aesthetic experience.
- One to two years of management experience.
