Skin Solutions NY is seeking a part-time MedSpa Front Desk Receptionist to be the first face clients meet, delivering warmth, professionalism, and polish. You will greet clients, manage check-in/check-out, answer phones and emails, schedule appointments, process payments, and maintain confidential patient records in a fast-paced, brand-driven environment.

The role requires strong communication, excellent organization, and a professional presentation in line with a leading wellness and beauty

Qualifications

• Experience in professional office reception or administrative support.
• Experience in a MedSpa, dental office, or medical setting is a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and check-in/check-out clients with warmth and efficiency.
• Answer calls and emails, schedule and confirm appointments across channels.
• Coordinate daily schedules across providers and rooms.
• Process payments and manage billing questions.
• Maintain accurate patient charts and confidential records.
• Support clinical staff and keep front desk organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Ensure reception area reflects the brand and is welcoming.
